A cage-free grooming environment does not mean dogs are allowed to freely roam throughout the salon.
When your dog arrives, one of our Pet Stylists becomes engaged with them from the moment they are received. If your pet needs to wait for a few minutes before grooming begins, they are gently secured with a safety leash in a designated area near their grooming station.
If there is a short wait for their parent at the end of the appointment, the same approach is used. Dogs can rest comfortably on cushions while remaining able to see their surroundings and stay connected to the activity around them.
This allows us to maintain a controlled and safe environment while avoiding the use of cages or kennels.
